From the moment you walk through the door, the My Dentist team go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, supported and informed. We believe in treating each patient as an individual and work towards building a one-on-one relationship with you based on trust, honesty, and respect.
What to Expect
You can complete your new patient paperwork by completing the forms provided in our welcome pack or alternatively, you are also able to fill it in upon arrival for your first consultation. When you enter our clinic, our friendly reception staff will greet you, before inviting you to take a seat in our comfortable waiting room. Once ready, you will be escorted to the dentist who will take the time to talk about your needs and discuss your relevant options with you.
During your first consultation, our dentist will look in your mouth, chart your teeth if required and take digital imaging (such as x-rays) if necessary.

Additionally, if you experience anxiety whilst undergoing dental treatment or procedures, our dentist can discuss sedation options with you. We place utmost importance on the comfort and care of our patients, so you can relax knowing that you’re in trusted hands. We have both Arabic and Portuguese speaking dentists!

My Dentist is a preferred provider for HCF and nib as well as accepting all major insurances through HICAPS. We also accept The Child Dental Benefits Schedule and The Department of Veterans’ Affairs.
