What does it mean to be a “preferred provider”?
Being a preferred provider means we’ve partnered with certain health funds (like NIB and HCF) to offer agreed, discounted rates. Patients often enjoy higher rebates and lower out-of-pocket costs when choosing us for treatment.
Do you accept all health funds?
Yes, we accept claims from ALL major health funds and can process them on the spot. Even if your fund isn’t one of our preferred providers, you can still claim rebates for eligible treatments.
What payment plans are available if I don’t want to pay upfront?
We offer flexible options including ZipMoney, DentiCare, Humm, Ezidebit, and AfterPay. These allow you to spread the cost of treatment into manageable instalments—many with no interest.
Can I use my superannuation to pay for dental treatment?
Yes. Through SuperCare, you may be able to access early release of your superannuation for essential dental treatments. We can guide you through the process or connect you with their support team.
Is children’s dental covered?
Many children are eligible for the Child Dental Benefits Scheme (CDBS) through Medicare, which provides up to $1,000 over two years for general and preventive dental care. We also offer a $149 kids’ check-up and clean for families without cover.
Do you offer support for veterans?
Yes. We proudly support Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) Gold Card holders, who are entitled to a range of funded dental services under DVA arrangements.
